The IPak 300 Series of fully-automatic tray formers provides tray forming solutions for many protein and bag-in-the-box applications, including beef, pork, and poultry packing, as well as syrups for fountain drinks.

For applications where superior containment and stacking are required, the TF-300 can form a wide range of breaker-style, column case, or other L-corner post style trays through the use of our proprietary servo blank advance, minor flap pre-breaking, and pneumatic-actuated mandrels and compression configurations. Servo-controlled blank advance and forming ensures lower maintenance costs, higher production speeds, and years of continuous operation all while producing perfectly formed trays. IPak’s industry leading quickchange features, including scribed parts, color-coded handles, intuitive labels, and an operator friendly HMI interface, makes size changes, quick, easy and precise each and every time.
