Padded Mailers
Engineered with a protective fiber padding interior, padded mailing envelopes cradle and shield delicate items from bumps, drops, and vibration. They provide a cost-effective and lightweight alternative to bulky boxes. Padded mailers are also moisture- and puncture-resistant, offering comprehensive protection for flat items, including CDs, books, and jewelry.
Personnel can seal kraft padded mailing envelopes using staples or tape, providing flexibility based on the sender's preferences or the item's security needs. PackSmart also provides self-seal padded mailers with the end flaps coated with a natural rubber adhesive. Just peel the protective strip off, then the adhesive will stick to itself for a quick and secure closure. This convenient peel-and-seal method simplifies packaging while reducing the risk of damage or loss.
