  • Work with machine operators to resolve issues and answer questions

Our warranty

All repairs and parts are warrantied by PackSmart and/or the manufacturer for a period of 30 days, with the following exceptions:

  • Use above and beyond normal wear and tear
  • Use of material not recommended by the manufacturer and/or PackSmart
  • Any machine failure due to faulty or low electrical signals
  • Failure to follow suggested planned maintenance procedures
  • Natural disasters, fire, water, lightning, etc.

“Our machines are running fine. Why do I need planned maintenance?” The answer is simple: downtime costs time, money, productivity, your reputation and even customers. The PackSmart Planned Maintenance Program is designed to keep you running, efficient and profitable.

Planned Maintenance includes:
