| The IPak TF-100 fully automatic tray former is a compact tray forming solution specializing in forming 4-corner trays. It is able to handle a wide range of tray sizes at factory accepted speed requirements. The practicality of the 4 corner tray makes this machine a great fit for industries such as beverage, hygiene, personal care, pharmaceuticals, electronics, processed foods and more. The TF-100 utilizes a programmable VFD and pneumatically actuated blank stops for controlling blank advance and accurately placing the tray directly under the pneumatic mandrel into the compression section. IPak’s passive compression technology then forms each tray with minimum crush while creating a tight secure glue bond. Our compression section not only reliably forms each tray well but also ensures lower maintenance costs with less contact and moving parts for years of continuous operation. |
