The IPAK 300 Series of automatic tray former erects Breaker and Column Case style trays in either triangle corner or L-corner posts configurations.

Trays formed include RSC style flaps or flange flaps for side sealing or no flaps creating a retail ready tray with rollover display window. It will continuously operate at speeds of up to 25 trays per minute, with quick and easy size changes and can be performed in 20 minutes or less. Like all IPAK machinery, the TF-300CT is known for reliability and dependability and is backed by IPAK's friendly and knowledgeable service team. Various options are available to ensure your 300 series machine is customized to your industry, tray specification, or production line requirements. Advanced machine programming and diagnostics are available in multiple configurations.
